Our culture, programming and work with young ladies, each other and the youth community will be guided and governed by the following principles, values and beliefs:
- All girls have the right to love, respect and nurture themselves
- All girls have the right to unearth and to embrace their value and potential
- All girls have the right to exist in optimal conditions that foster their growth and development
- All girls have the right to be themselves
- All girls have the right to uncover an to explore their unique gifts and abilities
- All girls have the right to explore and to gain access to a variety of career pathways
- All girls have the right to enhance the quality of their own lives
- All girls have the right to make mistakes - no one is perfect
- All girls have the right to succeed
- All girls have the right to honor their bodies and minds
